This Division of John P. Keenan and Associates International provides programs and services which target the needs of Universities and Colleges throughout the United States and countries throughout the world. Many of our internationally-experienced associates have an extensive background working as administrators, faculty, and consultants to diverse Universities and Colleges on an international level. We bring that expertise to assist Universities or Colleges to continue to remain competitive in these challenging times of change. Our goals include:

fostering international partnerships which expand degree programs to reach potential new students in diverse locations,
assistance with increasing market penetration through new degree and certificate program development,
helping offer new, or higher-level continuing education non-credit programs,
helping develop new leadership institutes or leadership development centers,
providing outcomes-focused faculty, administration, and staff development workshops and retreats,
providing other services to help continued success.

International Partnerships For Offering Degree Programs

We assist with helping bring University-College degree programs abroad or to help create partnerships with Universities in other international locations to bring their degree programs to you. There is strong interest in these kinds of new ventures for both Graduate and Undergraduate degree programs in countries throughout the world. Our well-established international network can help take the uncertainty and risk involved in exporting or importing degree programs. We specialize in the Asian market (including Singapore, Hong Kong, and China), where our well-established connections include major Universities and established commercial schools who are most interested in linking-up with U.S.-based institutions. We can also assist these kinds of institutions link-up with U.S. Universities and Colleges as well. There is an untapped market in these areas, and now is the time to judiciously embark on new ventures in offering your degree programs to expanding markets abroad or to bring new degree programs to your own institution by partnering with a University or College in another country. We can also assist those looking for English as Second Language (ESL) programs.

Graduate and Undergraduate Degree Program Development

We can assist with the design and development of new, or work with you on the revision of your degree programs. We specialize in designing accelerated and customized programs to meet the needs of non-traditional students and working adults:

graduate degree programs in the leadership, management, business, and related program areas. For example, three University-College graduate degree programs (including an award-winning one) have been designed and developed in the Organizational Leadership and Executive Leadership and Change areas. These programs offer another option for potential students who do not desire the traditional, quantitatively-focused MBA or Business degree. Students in such fields as health care, social service, government, education, and non-profit organizations are most attracted to these kinds of degree programs. We specialize in programs that are presented in diverse formats most attractive to working adults,
MBA, Executive MBA, or International Business degree programs, especially those where a “leadership” emphasis or concentration option is desired,
graduate and undergraduate degree programs across discipline areas,

Certificate Program Development

All of our leadership programs can be presented in a credit-bearing certificate program format, or as stand-alone courses. Our specialty is to custom-design these programs to fit the local market as well as the needs and culture of specific organizations that want a tailored version of these programs presented in-house.

Non-Credit, Continuing Education Programs

Our full range of leadership, executive-level, and management programs can be presented within the context of your continuing education division or within a Corporate University setting. These programs have been tested and developed over a 15 year period and have been successfully presented in diverse University and College settings throughout the United States and abroad. They can be presented in a public format or can be custom-tailored to suit the needs of diverse organizations in your market area. Faculty, Administration, and Staff Development Workshops and Retreats

Universities and Colleges need to invest in the professional development of their faculty, administrators, and staff within the context of these changing times. We can present our leadership programs with an emphasis on the University-College work environments. Our experienced associates have backgrounds which include holding positions such as President, Vice-President, Dean, chairperson, and faculty within an academic environment.
