of experience as executives, faculty from top business schools,
organizational psychologists, counselors, and personal coaches which
allows us to have experiences in almost every industry, business

How Our Coaching and Counseling Services Work
Our coaching and counseling services are tailored to fit the needs
of our individual clients. Our coaches typically talk with their
client once a week on the phone or personal visit and will communicate
via email with them on a regular basis. The vast majority of our
clients enjoy the convenience of phone-coaching sessions. We typically
structure a one-on-one meeting at the beginning and mid-points of
our coaching process. We will then have regular weekly phone contacts
about thirty minutes to one-hour in length over a six month period.
Our clients also typically complete one or more helpful assessment
inventories and will be provided confidential feedback on observations
of those they work with via surveys or interviews. Our clients bring
an agenda into each session, and their coach helps them examine
their issues and assists them in creating a plan to reach a timely
solution so they can reach their goals. Since a coach has ongoing
personal contact with their client, they are capable of helping
them continually set higher standards for themselves over time.
Most of our coaching is done on the phone, but face-to-face sessions
are available (check with us for details). Clients are free to call
us when necessary between their appointments for support and advice
on specific issues. In addition, clients have unlimited access to
their coach through e-mail. We also offer generous group rates to
companies who have multiple executives who want to be coached.
